How does Scientology's(tm) litigiousness relate to their "tax exempt" status and how was this status obtained? Who at the White house was involved in that decision and whether or not that should be a pre-election disclosure or a topic for election debates? Was Scientology's(tm) portrayal of its litigation to the IRS inaccurate and if so how this would have or should have affected the outcome? (especially if there hadn't been a behind-the-scenes, back-room-deal) If there were major inaccuracies as suggested in the paragraph above, would CNN be interested in hosting a televised discussion of these inaccuracies by the parties involved (like me for instance)? Would CNN be interested in hosting a program to discuss "Un-fair Game" with such impeccably credentialed and above-reproach characters as Ray Kendall, Gen. Sec. (head) of Interpol, David Miscavige (head of Scn), a high level IRS nominee, a couple of ultra prestigious lawyers, oh, like "Gerry" Feffer and "Moni" Yingling -- maybe we could even get "Someone from the White house" vs. me (and my insufferably arrogant opinions about Freedom of Religion, Freedom of Speech) and anyone else who still believes in The Truth, Justice, Equal Rights and other antiquated concepts. (Additional topics to include How Tax Exemption for Scientology Make Bigger Bucks for Scientology's(tm) Lawyers, How Tax Exemption Helps Stamp Out Scientology's(tm) Enemies, Whether it is Cool to Use US DEA Funds and Facilities to Persecute SPs, and last but not least "Interpology and Scientopol" --this last being my just-can't-wait absolute favorite.) How does using litigation to destroy a rival church (Church of the New Civilization) relate to the integrity of Scientology's(tm) tax exempt status? How would the Scientology(tm) lurkers like it if they could send questions via an anonymous remailer and read the answers on a.r.s.? How can you honestly apply the Doubt formula without getting the data from both sides? Do you really think that excessive litigation and persecution of "enemies" is helping to "Clear the Planet" or is it suppressive misuse of funds? Rev.
