Didn't need no luck, just used my Sooper Powers to OCR it!

What-it-is: "REMANDED" means that my REMAINING counter-claims are sent back
to the District Court to proceed to trial (minus emotional distress which I
lost).

Your analysis is spot on.  I am VERY happy with this result.
