I hereby draw to your attention that I filed a countersuit against
RTC (Religious Technology Center), CSI (Church of Scientology
International), CSC (Church of Scientology of Claifornia) and
COST (Church of Spiritual Technology), which included libel as
one of the counterclaims. Although that suit was dismissed on a
on a Summary Judgement motion in which your corporations claimed
"religious priviledge" for its tortious acts, that dismissal is under Appeal.

I have not committed any felony nor have I ever been charged with
committing any felony.

If you do not withdraw the inference in your statement above, I will
use this as an example of the same pattern of conduct.
