Correction.  David Miscavige did NOT see Hubbard for years before
his death.  Probably the last time that Miscavige saw Hubbard was
in early 1980.  (Correct me with the actual date and location if
that is incorrect, Miscavige.)  This is a major reason why the
transfer and ownership of ANY copyrights, trademarks, or service
marks allegedly owned by Hubbard should be questioned.  Further,
in 1982, after David Miscavige had become a notary public, I saw
him forge L. Ron Hubbard's signature and falsely sign entries in
his notary log that he had witnessed Hubbard signing documents
that he had not witnessed (as Hubbard was not present).  I was
not alone in witnessing this and and other such instances.
