He and his then wife, Sally, worked for me on a tech compilation project when I was Training and Services Aide. I'm not sure when he married Bitty (then Thompkins) but it must have been around 1979. She was CO CMO Clearwater, which was an executive position. Bitty wouldn't have been showing anyone the bookstore at that time; the CMO had their own quite different duties. Bitty had not been called Bitty Blythe for some years and the most likely source for that name would be old mimeographed issues from ship days.
